Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
We try to ship same day but we never know what time the shipments will be picked up. Please do not depend on same day shipping unless you have contacted us and confirmed that your order can ship same day.
Final shipping costs are calculated during checkout. All shipping costs are calculated directly from the UPS or USPS websites. Accurate address information is required to receive accurate shipping quotes. Sometimes international shipping estimates may not be accurate. If you feel the shipping cost has been incorrectly calculated, please call or email and we will verify the quote. The actual cost will be verified prior to shipping. If you need express shipping, we will ship the same day if possible. Please have your order in before 9am eastern time to ensure same day shipping. UPS 2nd Day Air is calculated from the day of shipping - not the day you place the order. It also is business days, so if you place your order on Thursday, it will not be delivered until Monday. Please email or call if you have any questions about delivery times.
International Customers:
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the item reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Contact your local customs office for further information regarding these charges.
Returns:
General Return Policy:
Please contact us before returning items. Most merchandise may be returned within 15 days of delivery so long as the merchandise is in new, resalable condition with all original components and packaging intact. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to product error or damaged contents.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items that have been used, items without all original packaging or components, clearance.
Process for Returning Merchandise:
1. Obtain the proper address to return the merchandise to from Customer Service. All returns must be authorized.
2. Repack the merchandise in its original packaging including any tags, accessories or literature that came with the merchandise. Pack the merchandise in the box used to ship the merchandise to you or a functional equivalent, and label the package with the correct return shipping address. Returns shipped to the incorrect address may result in additional shipping charges and delays in issuing credits. You may want to insure the package.
Olive Branch Skin Care is not responsible for returned products that are lost or damaged during shipping.
Credits:
Credits are typically issued by us within 1 to 2 days of receiving the returned item, however it may take more time for your individual banking system to deposit the money back into your account. The amount of the credit issued will be price of the merchandise and any applicable taxes less the original shipping charges.
